Meet the Team
Allison Rix, Chair
Allison has served on CCFW’s Board of Directors since March of 2020. Allison is the founder of Allison Rix, Inc., a national recruiting firm for the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industry. Allison spent more than 14 years in medical sales and management. She started her award-winning career with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where she was the youngest sales representative promoted to District Sales Manager. Allison was a National Sales Director for Biovail. Today, she uses her extensive industry knowledge and relationships to attract top talent and provide superior recruiting services to clients and candidates.
Allison resides in Fort Worth, Texas, with her husband and son.
Beth Kwasny, Vice Chair
Beth has been involved with CCFW since attending her first Creating Hope luncheon in November of 2006. She has volunteered in various capacities and was honored to join the Board in April of 2020. She and her family had been long-time members of the Good Shepherd Catholic Community in Colleyville but since mid-2022 call St. Jerome’s in Bowie their home parish. Professionally, Beth served in the US Air Force, retiring from the AF Reserve at the rank of Colonel, and works part-time for a government contractor supporting the Department of Defense. She and her husband, James, have four children (Alicia, Nolan, Davis and Monica) and one son-in-law (Jacob).
Beth Kwasny, Vice Chair

Butch Bercher, Secretary
Butch has served as a member of CCFW’s Board of Directors for more than 10 years. After retiring from a 32-year career at GTE, now Verizon, Butch became a ‘professional-volunteer’ in 2000.
Butch is a veteran of the United States Army (82nd Airborne). He holds his Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Albany and his MBA from Elon University. He has been married to his wife, Frankie, for 57 wonderful years. Together, they have two children, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Caroline Cooley, Treasurer
Caroline Cooley is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Crestline Summit, the hedge fund division of the Fort Worth-based investment management firm, Crestline Investors, Inc. which she joined in 1998. Ms. Cooley previously worked at Taylor and Company, an investment firm associated with the Bass family, as a portfolio manager, trader and risk manager from 1986-1997.
Ms. Cooley and her husband, Jim, are parishioners at Good Shepherd Catholic Community in Colleyville.
Caroline Cooley, Treasurer

Deb McNamara, Past Chair
Deb’s career with CCFW began in 2014. Since then, she has filled various roles ranging from Vice President of Advancement to Interim President and CEO. Deb brings more than 30 years of executive-level experience in major corporations, including Verizon and GTE Network Services. Her niche includes financial management, including business and budget analysis, as well as engineering and planning, call center strategy, sales channels, marketing campaigns, strategic acquisition and more.
Deb holds an MBA from California Lutheran College, and a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Eastern Illinois University. She lives in Southlake, Texas, where she’s an active member at GSCC. She’s been married to her husband Ray for 42 years. They have two children, Josh and Brittany, as well as four grandchildren.
