Pregnancy and Parenting Support
Pregnancy and Parenting Support
Catholic Charities Fort Worth (CCFW) offers parenting and pregnancy care by providing counseling, educational opportunities and other resources through our Blessed Beginnings and Gabriel Project programs, which assists new and expectant mothers and fathers in need of support.
Blessed Beginnings
orand caregivBlessed Beginnings provides a safe place for parents to connect while reviewing important topics such as safe sleep, child development, nutrition and post-partum care. By promoting healthy pregnancy and childbirth and increasing access to resources that promote family and child development, our personalized support services ensure that all eligible families receive the tools they need to not just survive, but to thrive.
Services are open to both new and current CCFW clients that are parents and cargeivers who are expecting or have children under the age of 36 months.
Children under five years of age are also welcome to attend.
In addition to educational opportunities and peer-to-peer support, attendees will also receive assistance in connecting with other local supportive resources. Additionally, they will have access to our on-site baby supply closet, and other baby-related necessities, as available (diapers, wipes, etc.).
